Technical and economic background and over ten years of experience in ICT characterize my career. Over time I have held, in chronological order, technical (System Administrator, Solution Architect) and managerial roles (Project Manager, Area Manager) for Government and companies in Large-Scale Retail, Automotive, Industry and Services.
My consulting services cover several areas: IT Service Management, Project Management, Enterprise & Solution Architecture.
For each area I use frameworks and methodologies globally recognized as industry standards and I participate in courses and training events to constantly update my skills, being part of a continually evolving sector, such as ICT, where it is mandatory to keep up with technological changes.

Finally, I always try to make my knowledge explicit, sharing what I learn with customers and colleagues, considering sharing of knowledge one of the most important ways of learning.
