Technical and economic background and over ten years of experience in the ICT industry characterize my career. Over time I have held, in chronological order, technical (System Administrator, Solution Architect) and managerial roles (Project Manager, Area Manager) for Government and Large-Scale Retail, Automotive, Industry and Services companies.
In order to validate my skills I obtained a degree in Economics and Business Management and several technical certifications in various fields (IT Service Management, Project Management and Solution Architecture).
I work as an IT Consultant and I am dedicated to helping companies to seize the opportunities offered by the Digital Transformation process, allowing them to maintain their competitive advantage or to obtain it by introducing effective changes. I am very keen on business processes and I always try to analyze events using a holistic approach, with emphasis on the big picture and the interactions existing between the different parts of a system, without neglecting any possible outcome of an action and its negative effects.
